How often do we call in contractors to give us a quote for the job, and they all vary wildly? At Gauge, we take the mystery out of the wild wild west of pricing and make sure you are getting the correct quote for the job. How often do you hear a contractor giving great design advice? Not often. Gauge is here to provide design guidance and alternative sustainable choices to what sometimes can be a one way or the highway path with contractors.
Doesn’t the Architect perform this role?
It takes a village to design and build a project. And the Architect is just one of many roles that work together to design and build your space. The Architect cannot design a sustainable mechanical system for your apartment, nor can they file a permit for that large kitchen and bathroom renovation project you are looking to do. At Gauge, you will have access to both, all in house.
